Liability Waiver & Indemnity Agreement

By boarding the vessel or using any equipment provided by Avelis, you (“the Guest”) acknowledge and agree to the following.

1. Assumption of Risk

Yachting, swimming, and water-based activities carry inherent risks. The Guest voluntarily assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with the charter.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, Avelis, including its owners, employees, crew, and agents, accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, death, loss, or damage to any person or property arising from or connected with the charter. By boarding, the Guest releases Avelis from all such claims.

3. Health & Conduct

The Guest confirms they are fit to take part and will follow all instructions from the Captain and crew. Alcohol is consumed at the Guest’s own risk.

4. Children

Guests bringing children under 18 are fully responsible for their safety and conduct and accept this waiver on their behalf.
