Last Updated: May 30, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the luxury maritime services provided by Avelis. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

A. Charter Terms

  • Booking Confirmation: A charter is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a signed charter agreement. An enquiry does not constitute a booking.
  • Payment: We accept Bank Transfer, PayNow, and major credit cards (subject to a 3.5% processing fee). All payments, including any deposit, are non-refundable.
  • No Security Deposit: No security deposit is taken for our charters.
  • Lateness: The yacht will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. The charter period begins and ends at the agreed times; no extensions are granted for late arrivals.
  • Cancellations & Date Changes: Charters are non-refundable. Date changes may be available and are governed by our Cancellation & Weather Policy.
  • Liability: Avelis accepts no liability for any injury, death, loss, or damage arising from your charter. Full terms are set out in our Liability Waiver. All guests are encouraged to hold their own personal insurance.
  • Prohibited Behaviour: Illegal substances, firearms, and unruly conduct will result in immediate termination of the charter by the Captain, without refund.

B. Servicing & Maintenance Terms

  • Quotation Validity: All technical quotations are valid for 30 days.
  • Scope Changes: Additional repairs discovered during servicing will be quoted separately and require written approval to proceed.
  • Payment Schedule: For projects over SGD 2,000, a 50% deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion or vessel release.

C. Brokerage Terms

  • Representation: We act as professional intermediaries. We present vessel information in good faith but do not warrant accuracy. Buyers must conduct an independent professional survey.
  • Commission: Standard brokerage commission is 5% to 10% of the final sale price, as detailed in the individual Listing Agreement.
