Cancellation & Weather Policy

1. No Cancellations, No Refunds

Charters cannot be cancelled for a refund. All bookings are non-refundable. The only flexibility we offer is to change your charter date, as set out below.

2. Changing Your Charter Date

Your charter date may be changed once, subject to availability:

  • More than 30 days before your charter: date may be changed once, to a new date up to three months ahead.
  • 15 to 30 days before your charter: date may be changed once, subject to availability.
  • 14 days or fewer before your charter: dates cannot be changed.

All date-change requests must be made more than 14 days before your charter date.

3. No-Shows

Failure to arrive for your charter results in 100% forfeiture of the charter fee. No refund or date change will be offered.

4. Weather

The safety of our guests and crew always comes first. The Captain has sole discretion to determine whether conditions are safe, based on real-time data from the National Environment Agency (NEA). If conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to move your charter to another date rather than proceed. In our entire operating history, we have never cancelled a charter.

5. Captain’s Discretion

The Captain has final authority on all decisions relating to weather and sea conditions. If a charter is shortened once underway for safety reasons, the decision is final.
